The person attending the festival needs thei r own howler account with their name\, ID number and email address in orde r to to purchase a Passport. Parents / Legal guardians must not purchase a ticket using their howler account as this will result in the parent / leg al guardian name on the ticket.

Requesting a Refund:
To apply for a Refund\, simply click on the link in Your booking con firmation email. The application must be completed up to 60 days after the Booking.
