  will only be able to purchase your Passport after Pre-Registered Ragers.

 ceive communication\, however\, the person attending the festival needs th
 eir own howler account with their name\, ID number and email address in or
 der to qualify to purchase a Passport. Parents / Legal guardians will not 
 be able to purchase a ticket using their howler account.</span></p>
