Our refund policy is as follows:

• Prior to 31 August 2024 50% of the Ticket purchase price refunded, less the ticket commission and bank transaction fees (8.125% + VAT).
  
• 1 September - 31 October 2024 25% of the Ticket purchase price refunded, less the ticket commission and bank transaction fees (8.125% + VAT).
  
• Less than 30 days prior to the event 0% of the original Ticket purchase price refunded.
  
• During or after the event, strictly no refunds.
  
• Should the organisers be forced to cancel the festival due to weather, force majeure, riots, act of terrorism, pandemic, any other act of God or unforeseen disaster, 0% of original Passport/Ticket purchase price refunded.
